Within our offices in London, Chester and Los Angeles and Europe, Equals comprises of three business lines and brands - Equals Money, FairFX and CardOneMoney. About the role

A FX Dealer Support Executive at the Equals Group is a proactive and solution orientated individual, and someone that strives to deliver first class customer service. You will be working as part of a dedicated team to help support the groups’ white label partners.

Equals Group provides each of its’ white label partners with a unique, company branded client-facing and back-office system for the provision of FX and International Payment Services. We utilise our strong operational framework and appropriate regulatory licences to build strategic partnerships. This allows us to acquire a large market share in a quick but controlled manner.


In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the white labels and providing a first-class service. You will act as a point of contact between our partners and various internal teams. Through this role, you will gain a well-rounded understanding of the International Payments Industry, ranging from FX Markets and Dealing to Settlements and Compliance. A great opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in Finance.


About you

Job requirements

Responsibilities

  • Providing a first-class dealing support service to Equals’ white label partners
  • Assisting with new customer applications and obtaining various CDD/EDD documentation
  • Booking FX transactions (Spot and Forward) and entering limit/stop-loss orders
  • Monitoring unpaid transactions and open FX positions
  • Initiating payment request and adding new recipient details
  • Assisting with payment queries, traces, amendments and recalls
  • Providing training and guidance to white labels on internal process and procedures

  • Strong communication/telephone manner and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge and practical experience of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Desirable Skills

• Experience in payments, FX, or other financial services

• Understanding of responsibilities under Anti-Money Laundering Regulations
