Equals comprises of three business lines and brands - Equals Money, FairFX and CardOneMoney. About the role

We are looking to recruit an Entry-level highly motivated and organised individual to join our busy office in Chester. You will play a crucial role in supporting the People department with various administration tasks as well as incoming post and emails. The successful candidate will be required to regularly travel between our London and Chester office. If you are willing to learn and have an enthusiastic can-do attitude, we will provide the require training for you to be successful here at Equals.

About you

Job requirements

HR Tasks
- Maintaining and updating employee files as necessary
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Oversee and manage the People team mailbox and respond and/or escalate accordingly via email
- Assist the with the onboarding of new starters and the offboarding of leavers via the HR system
- Recruitment administration that includes weekly calls, updating trackers and drafting paperwork
- Liaising with internal departments
- Working with the wider People function to identify process improvements and simplifications to ensure an excellent employee experience
- Work in a way which positively represents the People Team and builds engagement with, and support for, the overall People plans and strategy.

Office Tasks

- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Filing and archiving, managing the schedule
- Support our Group Facilities Manager with any Health & Safety matters within the office
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments in the office where required
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
