Having recently acquired a subsidiary in Belgium - Equals Money Europe - the Group are focussed on bringing our suite of products to Europe and are now looking for Sales Manager to join our team.


With our headquarters in London and Brussels and teams in Chester, Amsterdam and Los Angeles, the Equals Group operates a portfolio of successful and exciting business lines and brands - Equals Money, FairFX and CardOneMoney in the UK and now Equals Money Europe in Belgium. You will join a very close-knit, talented, and supportive team from various backgrounds who believe that bringing different perspectives together helps us understand our customers' needs. About the role

We’re looking for individuals who are excited by the opportunity to contribute to our continued growth. The successful candidate will be able to identify, create and pursue new business opportunities across Europe for Equals Money within the SME and Corporate sector, addressing and identifying opportunities for multicurrency bank accounts, expense card management and foreign exchange solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Promote the Equals Money value proposition and generate new business revenue.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle process from initiation through compliance to onboarded client.
  • Establish rapport and build credibility with clients through networking opportunities and effectively presenting solutions that encompass the client’s entire international payment needs and forex solutions.
  • Ensure accurate information is captured on the CRM system including all client conversations and communications.
  • Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and accurate sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive cross sell company wide solutions.


Essential Skills

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in new business sales.
  • Excellent communication, numeracy, and analytical skills.
  • Strong networking and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organisational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sense of professionalism and integrity,
  • A track record of exceeding projected targets.
