About the role

The Senior ABM Manager will spearhead performance-driven campaign delivery across the Equals group, leading the ideation, creation, and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns.

This pivotal role requires strategic thinking, meticulous planning, and a knack for driving results through both ATL campaigns and targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and leadership skills to thrive in this dynamic environment.

The role requires a focus on attribution and performance and will own our campaign attribution model.

The candidate will also be expected to work closely with Sales operations, Sales and partnerships stakeholders, from inception of ideas all the way through to briefing CRM and telesales teams.

You will be the key contact for senior brand stakeholders within the business and own your campaign planner and therefore the voice of the brands.


Job requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to post-campaign analysis.

  • Develop and refine campaign strategies to align with business objectives and target audience segments.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with brand guidelines.

  • Utilise data-driven insights to optimise campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.

  • Brief, manage and support external agencies to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Oversee the implementation of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to engage key accounts and drive revenue growth.

  • Monitor campaign budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to set parameters and delivering campaigns within scope.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to inform campaign strategies and tactics.


Accountabilities

  • Meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaign effectiveness, including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.

  • Maintaining high standards of campaign quality, ensuring messaging consistency and brand alignment.

  • Driving revenue growth through effective ABM strategies and targeted account engagement.

  • Working cross functionally with the P&L owners to define ICPs, target verticals and target geographies.


Essential Skills

  • 7+ years proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Must be able to build marketing attribution models and performance management frameworks.

  • Excellent project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM & digital marketing platforms.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organisation.

  • Previous experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or B2B marketing.


Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in relevant industries (e.g., financial services, fintech).

  • CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), SEO platforms (Ahrefs, Google Search Console), CMS (Webflow preferred), tracking & attribution (GA4, GTM), ad platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads etc).

  • Experience with agile marketing methodologies and rapid experimentation frameworks.

  • Certification in relevant areas such as digital marketing, data analytics, or project management.
