About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Designer with a strong commercial mentality and an eye for high-impact, professional design. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Growth Marketing team to create sales and event collateral that clearly communicates our value and supports business growth.

You’ll be responsible for designing a range of marketing materials, from pitch decks and brochures to event visuals and digital assets. While you’ll be part of the wider Design function reporting into the Head of Product Design, this role is embedded in the day-to-day needs of the Growth Marketing and Sales Ops teams and you will work very closely with the Director of Growth Marketing.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of the Senior Marketing Designer include:

  • Design and own all sales enablement materials for all products, including pitch decks, brochures, case studies, and one-pagers.

  • Create branded collateral for events and conferences (banners, signage, handouts, digital screens). Work closely with our Senior Website Manager to ensure consistency in design across our digital and physical presence.

  • Create and then productionise visually engaging sales enablement materials, in line with brand guidelines, allowing the sales team to self-serve when necessary.

  • Support the rollout of campaigns and content alongside the Growth Marketing team.

  • Ensure consistency of design and brand application across all marketing materials.

  • Contribute to the upkeep of shared design systems and templates.

  • Occasionally support motion-based design (e.g. simple animations or social video assets).

Essential Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as a designer, with a focus on marketing, sales, or communications design.

  • A strong commercial mindset and ability to align visual output with business goals.

  • Portfolio showing polished, business-oriented design work, especially decks, event collateral, and campaign materials.

  • Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Google Slides/Keynote, Figma Slides.

  • Ability to work within existing brand guidelines and apply them flexibly across formats.

  • Great attention to detail and a love for clean, structured design.

  • Bonus: experience working with visual web designers e.g. Webflow.

  • Bonus: experience working in FinTech.

  • Bonus: experience with After Effects or motion tools for simple animations.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid environment with multiple stakeholders.
