Our technology team works in small, cross functional squads - forming part of a fun, hardworking and exceptionally supportive team of around 80 engineers. We are looking to hire a Senior Quality Analyst to help us ensure quality across all our systems.

About The Role
We are looking for experienced and ambitious Quality Analysts looking to step into a senior role or Senior Quality Analysts looking for a new challenge. The person should seamlessly slot into our feature teams and proactively lead the quality assurance effort. This person should also have Payments, Financial Services or other FinTech related experience.

Job requirements

The role

Your responsibilities will include, and are not limited to:

-Lead testing efforts for various software projects, including web applications, mobile applications, and backend systems.

-Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated tests to ensure quality standards are met.

-Coordinate and perform regression, integration, platform, and performance testing to confirm the quality of the software.

-Collaborate closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand product specifications and requirements.

-Provide timely and accurate feedback to developers on software quality and usability.

-Drive improvements in QA methodologies and processes to enhance testing quality and efficiency.

-Guide junior QA analysts, providing meaningful mentorship and feedback.

-Document detailed steps of reproduction for defects and issues.

-Maintain documentation on test procedures to ensure repeatability and compliance with standards.

-Experience in the Financial Services sector a bonus (non-essential)

-Experience with Cypress a bonus (non-essential)

Our interview process typically consists of an initial phone screen, and a 60 minute interview.

We have offices in London and Chester and it would be ideal to occasionally collaborate at one of these locations

Where possible we offer the opportunity to work flexibly and the opportunity to balance some remote working with time in the office collaborating, taking part in events and developing the social connections that make working with us rewarding. For this role a minimum of 3 days in the office will be required with remote working offered for the remaining working days.
